Immunity & Respiratory, by Constitution

Resilience is not bought in a bottle. It is built β€” and each season tests it differently.

Classical Ayurveda reads resilience through prana β€” the breath β€” and ojas, the reserve that holds it. Each constitution meets a cold or a season differently. Kapha congests. Vata dries and depletes. Pitta runs hot. The support follows the pattern.

01 Β· The Pattern

How the season tests each constitution

The dosha that leads in a person shapes how the airways respond when the weather turns. Reading which it is points to the oil and the formula that fit.

Kapha Β· earth

Congestion & damp

Heaviness and mucus, the slow cold that lingers. The signature is accumulation.

Vata Β· air

Dry & run-down

Dryness and depletion; low reserve, catching whatever is going around.

Pitta Β· fire

Heat & inflammation

Soreness and heat, quick to inflame. The signature is intensity.

02 Β· The Oil

Eucalyptus, for the breath

Eucalyptus globulus is the classic oil of the airways β€” rich in 1,8-cineole, clearing and opening. A few drops in a bowl of steaming water, or in a diffuser, carry it to the chest and sinuses. It is one of a dozen eucalyptus in the Oshadhi library, each with its own weight; globulus is the most direct.

03 Β· The Formula

ImmuneVeda 76 β€” resilience, from within

Where the oil clears the breath, the formula builds the reserve behind it. ImmuneVeda 76 draws on seventy-six herbs in samyoga to support respiratory immunity and day-to-day resilience. AllerVeda 57 is its companion for the seasonal, reactive layer.

The Pair

The oil opens the breath; the formula builds the reserve. Through the season, they work the same resilience from two directions.
