Energy, by Constitution

Energy, by Constitution
Tiredness is not one thing. It takes the shape of the constitution it empties.
Classical Ayurveda reads fatigue by its form, not its name. Vata runs out of reserve. Pitta burns through it. Kapha is slow to spend it at all. The same flat morning has three different roots — and three different ways back to steadiness.
01 · The Pattern
Three ways the reserve runs low
The dosha that leads in a person is the one that shows first when energy fails. Reading which it is points to the oil and the formula that fit.
Vata · air
Running on empty
Wired but depleted. Reserves spent, the system still racing — tired, and unable to settle.
Pitta · fire
Burnt out
Driven past the limit. Overheated and sharp, pushing until it crashes.
Kapha · earth
Slow to start
Heavy and unhurried. Hard to get going; the morning asks for momentum.
02 · The Oil
Rosemary, for the morning
Rosemary (cineole) is the classic oil of clarity. Rich in 1,8-cineole, its bright, camphoraceous note has long been turned to for a tired mind and a slow start — diffused in the morning, or a few drops on an inhaler before the day. For an acute lift, Peppermint sits alongside it.
03 · The Formula
EnergyVeda 26 — stamina, from within
Where the oil clears the head, the formula rebuilds the reserve. EnergyVeda 26 is a rasayana — twenty-six herbs combined in samyoga to support stamina and the dhatus, the body's tissues, over time rather than in a single jolt.
The Pair
The oil meets the morning; the formula rebuilds the week. Used together, they lift energy without forcing it.
