We ship to the Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, many US Territories, Canada, and Mexico.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days* from our Iowa location. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Thursday. Orders received after 12 noon Central Time on Thursday will ship the following Monday.
*Order processing time may increase during sales and leading up to holidays.
Time in transit:
Continental USA: 2-6 business days for most orders.
Alaska & Hawaii: 7 business days for USPS Priority Mail (airmail) service. Please allow for up to 4-5 weeks for ground service.
Note: Eau de toilettes, colognes, multiple 90 ml hydrolates, and 500 ml hydrolates must ship by ground service due to carrier restrictions on these products. If your order contains any of these products, your order will ship via ground service. If you prefer to receive part of your order sooner, please place two orders and include a note at checkout if you prefer Priority Mail.
Canada: 7-14 days although some delays can occur. Please allow up to 3 weeks in transit.
Note: Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and will be delivered by Canada Post. Customs/Duty charges may be due upon delivery of the package.
Mexico: 7-14 days, although some delays can occur. Please allow up to 3 weeks in transit.
Note: Orders to Mexico are shipped via UPS only. Customs/Duty may be due upon delivery of the package.
EXPORT ORDERS & FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES
All orders that will be shipped to a freight forwarder for export must select Shipping Protection and Signature Confirmation at checkout. Orders that appear to be for export or appear to be shipping to a forwarding service will be held until these shipping fees are paid.
INSURANCE
Optional Shipping Protection:
The premium Shipping Protection service protects your package from Damage, Loss & Theft. Get peace of mind with a Delivery Guarantee in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit.

If you have not received your package within 10 days of the date on the shipment notification (Continental USA), please contact us at support@oshadhi.com.
Free Standard Insurance:
All packages are insured by the shipping carrier against damage in transit up to $100 per package.
Free Standard Insurance does not cover:
- Packages lost in transit.
- Packages the carrier delivers to the wrong address.
- Loss or theft after the carrier has delivered the package.
If you have not received your package within 10 days of the date on the shipment notification, please contact us at support@oshadhi.com. We will be happy to assist by contacting the shipping carrier to file a lost package report. Note: insurance requires the package to be lost for 30 days before they will begin processing a claim, and it can take up to 90 days for a claim decision.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Signature Confirmation service is available during checkout.
This service is recommended for orders over $100 in value, if shipping to an area where packages are left unattended after delivery, or any order being shipped to a business address.
At our discretion, we may ship any order with Signature Confirmation service and/or Shipping Protection service.
HOLIDAY ORDERING DEADLINES
To ensure delivery in the Continental USA by Christmas, please place your order by December 10th to allow sufficient time for order fulfillment and time-in-transit. Orders placed after December 10th may not arrive before Christmas.
Select items, such as cosmetics, facial oils, massage oils, bath oils, and jojoba 3% oils, books, and diffusers may be eligible to ship via air service. If you have any questions about the availability of expedited service, please contact us at support@oshadhi.com.

SHIPPING CHARGES
USA
Flat Rate shipping fees are based on order value:
- $5 flat rate under $25
- $9 flat rate $25 – $99
- $12 flat rate $100 – $199
- $18 flat rate $200 – $299
- $24 flat rate $300 – $449
- $30 flat rate $450 - $775
- $45 flat rate $775+
- Signature confirmation is available (view rates at checkout)
Packages are shipped by UPS or USPS ground service due to restrictions by shipping carriers on shipping essential oils via air service.
Canada & Mexico
Actual shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart based on the shipping address and weight of the order. Please add items to the shopping cart to view the shipping charges for the order.
Customs and Duty: We do not collect customs, duty, or other import fees. Orders are shipped via USPS to keep the brokerage fee to a minimum. Import fees will be assessed by customs and will be due at the time of delivery.
WHOLESALE SHOP SHIPPING CHARGES
For Professionals and for Wholesale Orders orders within the USA, shipping is charged according to terms explained in the contract.
Orders exceeding $150 may, at our discretion, be shipped with Signature Confirmation service and/or Shipping Protection service.
Packages are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) via ground service, due to restrictions by shipping carriers on shipping essential oils via air service.
