Description: Fragrance blend made from 100% pure essential oils. 

Become one with body and mind, and connect the physical with the spiritual level with this centering essential oil synergy blend, specially blended to enhance the meditative atmosphere.

This blend combines the mysterious, amber-like, grounding, calming oil of myrrh (Commiphora myrrha m.) with the woody-sweet, balsamic-warming security of sandalwood (Santalum spicatum), the sweet-woody, slightly flowery balance of cabreuva (Myrocarpus fastigiatus), and the balsamic, sweet-resinous, stimulating illumination of frankincense (Boswellia serrata).

Use: Add 3 drops to your essential oil diffuser or aroma pendant.

General Information: Keep away from heat and sunlight. Do not take internally. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

Meditation blend is quality

Greetings, I use Meditation sparingly, as a little bit goes a long way (incidentally, I study and practice a Buddhist meditation, and like this blend, quality over quantity every time!). This essential blend I tend to anoint on my crown and solar plexus for a calming effect. I'd have to say that awareness is perked up, and while calm is there too, it's a very balancing blend. Thank you very much.
