Cajeput is most commonly used in steam inhalation because of its strong support for the respiratory system, and decongestive effect. It has a strong, camphor-like, medicinal scent. As a natural analgesic, it makes a wonderful addition to massage oils for sore muscles and joints but should be well diluted as it can be an irritant.
