Description: Plai is a member of the ginger family but with an aroma which is much softer, ‘greener’, and more cooling. It is excellent for muscular aches, sprains and pains, respiratory disorders, skin, digestion, and the cardiovascular and nervous systems. Emotionally it allows us to connect with new viewpoints, and it brings flexibility and perspective.
